Continuing along the same vane as our previous video series, we are excited to introduce you to, Can You Spell It? Series Two! Children will learn how to pronounce and spell each of the numbers one to ten and enjoy the fun visuals. With illustrations, voice-overs, animations, and music, this video series will help to teach children to spell numbers in a fun and easy way.
Why is it important for toddlers to learn numbers?
The development of number recognition is one of the most important aspects of mathematics in early childhood because early number understandings assist children in learning more complex mathematical ideas. The more experience little ones have with numbers, the quicker they will learn to count. It's important to teach not just the process of writing but function, that each number symbol represents an amount of countable objects. When teaching your child to write numbers it is just as important to learn how to say the numbers as it is to write them.
